- Then add all the vegetables in pan and sauté for 2-3 min.
- After then add 1/2 cup of water and cook it to medium flame for 10-15 min.
- Now let it cool down after cooling grinded to cooked vegetables and make smooth paste.
- Now put it to mixture in same pan add water according to your need and adjust to thickness of soup.
- Now add salt and black pepper in soup and given a nice boil.
- Our soup is ready for serve hot vegetable soup in soup bowl and enjoy it.
