  3. Make a medium soft dough of wheat flour.make chapati roast from both sides wait for 5 minutes.heat oil in kadai fry chapati to make tacos.remove excess oil
  4. Now take a bowl add cabbage, carrot and beetroot some onion and tomato add lemon juice,salt and pepper chopped green chillies mix well salsa is ready
  5. Now assemble tacos first add black eyed peas,then salsa and add veg mayonese to it. usually cheese has to be added but didn't get so used mayo
