To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook veg fried rice using 9 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.
The ingredients needed to make Veg Fried Rice:
- Get rice (cooked)(Fresh or leftover)
- Take veg oil
- Prepare Mixed vegetables chopped
- Prepare Carrot / Beans / Broccoli/ Cauliflower/ capsicum
- Get Garlic cloves chopped
- Prepare medium sized onion chopped
- Get Chilli oil (see recipe)
- Take Salt
- Prepare Chopped Green onion (optional)
Instructions to make Veg Fried Rice:
- Prepare everything needed…cook the rice (don't make it mushy).Chop the garlic, onion and Vegetables. Heat oil in a wok and add in the garlic and onion and saute it. Then add the carrot and saute it.
- Then add in all the prepared Vegetables - beans, Broccoli, cauliflower and capsicum/ bell peppers….saute it. Add chilli oil dip and mix well. Add salt as per taste. Then add the cooked rice and mix well but gently. Serve hot with anything you prefer. We had it with Chilli paneer. Bon Appetit!!!
