  6. When oil is medium hot that time take a rice mixture and add baking soda and mix well.
  7. Now grease your hand with water and take little mixture on your hand, and make a hole with your thumb center of the ball. And give it a shape like medu vada.
  8. Follow this steps and fry this vada in medium flame.
  9. When it comes to golden brown in colour remove it in tissue paper.
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
