- Add the oil to a pot and allow to head. Add pepper corns, cloves, cinnamon stick, cummin seeds and dried red chilli. As soon as they start to sizzle, add the onions and put the heat on low. Let the onions becaome almost golden
- Add garlic and ginger and stir so that it doesnt stick. Wait for the onions to become a good golden color then add tomatoes.
- Stir the tomatoes for 1 minute. Add tumeric, salt and the green chillies. Stir until a paste is formed. Now add the chicken and and the peas together. increase the speed. The meat will cook within 5mins but releases a lot of water
