- Take 4 cup water

- Wash & Soak the rice for 20 minutes.Meanwhile,put oil in karahi & add onions.Cook till they become translucent & add all the masalas. Saute for a second.
- Add grinded tomatoes & cook till oil spreads from corners.
- Now add all the veggies & cook on low flame till all water dissolves.
- After 20 minutes,drain the water from rice & add the rice to cooked masala with 4 cup of water.
- Cover with lid & cook on low flame for 20 minutes.Switch off the flame.
- Serve hot with curd.
