- Add curd, milk, butter and prepare a dough. Rest the dough in a warm.place for 40minutes.
- Heat oil to deep fry in a big pan. - Spread the dough on the counter using a rolling pin,(½' thickness).
- Cut the donuts using a donut cutter or cookie cutter of two different sizes.
- Deep fry the doughnuts from both the sides until golden brown.
- Place the doughnuts on a napkin.
- Chop the dark chocolate and heat with oil/butter in a microwave for 30seconds intervals until the chocolate melts.
- Dip the fried doughnuts into the chocolate syrup from one side, place them on a grill and decorate with sprinkles.
