- Take the herbs and turmeric powder, grain into a smooth paste without adding water.
- Add this in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the sieved the wheat flour and rice flour in mixing bowl. Mix well by adding salt.
- Add enough water to do the thick batter.
- Now dip the chopped onion and bitter gourd. Mix well to coat all over.
- Heat oil for deep fry in a frying pan.
- Fry in batches until golden brown in medium flame.
- Drain on a kitchen towel or white sheet to absorb the excess oil.
- Transfer to a serving bowl,serve it hot.
