- Mix paneer cubes with 1 tbsp cornflour salt and pepper. Keep aside Heat oil in a wok or kadai. Stir fry these paneer cubes in high flame until they are golden brown. Take out and drain excess oil.
- Now in the same kadai, add another tbsp spoon oil, add 1 tsp of light soya sauce, add garlic, onions and stir fry till they are crunchy and half done.
- Now add schezwan sauce tomato ketchup, salt and stir for a minute on high flame.
- Now add the paneer cubes and capaicum and mix well.
- Mix 1tbsp cornflour with 1/2 cup water and pour over the paneer.
- Switch off the gas immediately Serve hot with fried rice or noodles…. Or just good to have it plain
