- SautΓ© in a hot pan with some sesame oil and black pepper
- When the veg has softened add a splash of soy sauce, the beans and wasabi paste. Stir.
- Add the dashi stock, frozen peas and reduce
- In another hot pan sear the broccoli with a touch of sesame oil and the other diced garlic clove
- Once the broccoli is almost done move to one side and sear the fish skin side down.
- After 2 mins flip the fish and cook for 1 min
- Serve. Beans, then broccoli, sea bream and top with smoked garlic. Enjoy π
