- Cook pasta according to the instructions given on the packet. And keep aside
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan and roast WWF in it till it leaves a nice fragrance. Add milk continuously stirring it so that no lumps are formed (use luckwarm milk) add salt and pepper powder and cook till white sauce is made. See to it that you don't make it too hard nor it's too flowy.
- Cook the veggies in oil and butter mixture. Add mixed herbs oregano salt to taste and chilli flakes.
- In a baking tray/vessel. First make the layer of veggies
- Now place the layer of cooked pasta and sprinkle chilli flakes over it
- Now pour the white sauce
- The put grated cheese butter and cut spring onions over it and bake it in a preheated oven at 180° C till the cheese melts.
