- Take a kadhai. Add ghee and butter. Add chopped onions and chopped capsicum. saute for 2 min.. now add chopped tomato..cook until oil releases. now add all the spices and cook for 1 min..
- Now add all the boiled vegetables in the kadhai mix and mashed well. Add water according to consistency. Cook for 10mins on low flame.
- Now take tawa apply butter and roast the pavs one by one and enjoy with bhaji and salad. 😊
