- Soak the oats in very little water.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, add chopped onions saute for 1 minute.
- Add ginger and garlic paste for 1 minute.
- Add bell pepper, grated carrot, spinach leaves along with oregano, red chilli flakes mix well and cook for 2 to 3 mts.
- Now add earlier soaked oats toss nicely, put salt and let it cook for 2 to 3 mts.
- Add boiled and mashed potatoes, mix it well, close the flame and let it cool down completely.
- Add bread crumbs, mix it well,
- Grease hands and take 2tbsp of mixture into ur palm and flatten it to form a round shape.
- Shallow fry them until become brown in colour.
- Serve them with green chutney.
