- Place florets and cup of water in instapot. Set on high pressure with a time of zero.
- Quick release and place broccoli in a separate bowl, cover and set aside
- Slice chicken into cubes
- Chop onion and garlic clove
- Turn instapot to saute and add olive oil, onion, garlic and chicken
- Once chicken loses it's raw color add water, broth, rice, pepper and salt; stir in lightly.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 6 min and quick release
- Leave instapot on keep warm and add broccoli and drained black beans. Stir and let sit for 3 minutes.
