- First wash rice with water 2 or 3 times & keep aside.
- Heat the pressure cooker put oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds & tez patta & big cardamom then saute for a minute.

- As per quantity of rice water should be double so 2 bowl water should be added.
- Mix well & close the cover or lid of pressure cooker & take 3 whistle in slow flame.
- After 3 whistle wait cooker get cool then open it & garnish with green coriander leaves mix well.
