- Add chopped vegetables (you can use vegetables of your choice like beans,peas etc)and mix it well
- Add salt and pepper as per taste and add half a cup of water to cook vegetables
- Cover it for 2-3min
- Open and check for doneness of carrot,potatoes and cauliflower.
- Once it's cooked well add poha and mix it well.
- Garnish with some green Coriander leaves and lemon and Serve it hot
- Note:- WASH POHA AND DRAIN WATER IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE POHA WILL BECOME MUSSY.
