  1. Prepare 250 g mix daal (Toor,Chana,Moong) clean and wash
  2. Get 150 g Rice (clean and washed)
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp Oil

  5. Take 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 2 Onion medium size
  7. Prepare 5 Garlic cloves crushed
  8. Prepare 1 stick Ginger crushed
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Hing
  10. Take 2 tsp Ghee
  11. Get as per require Salt to taste water

  2. Add salt,turmeric along water into a presser cooker and cook it on high flame till 4 to 5 whistle
  3. Now add rice and mix them well,now add some water and cook it on high flame
  4. Now take a pan and pour the oil, add the cumin seeds and hing, stir for a minutes and then add chopped onion,and saute till the color of onions turns golden brown.
  5. Pour this tempring in to the khichdi, and mix well
  6. Now ready to serve.
