Now lower the heat and add chicken, mushrooms and cover and cook for 10 minutes. Lower the heat and add the vegetables.
- Now add the cornflour slurry by continuously stirring it to avoid any lumps. Work quickly as to avoid over cooking the veggies. Now add the beaten eggs from a little higher than the pot into a thin stream and stir after for the eggs to cook and change colour. Turn off the flame and serve hot with crackers.
