- Get 1 sliced onion
- Take 1 sliced capsicum
- Prepare 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
- Get 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Get 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Get 1 tbsp schezwan chutney
- Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 2 tbsp ghee
- Make ready 1 tsp jeera
- Prepare 1 tbsp chat masala powder
- Take For Roti-
- Prepare 2 regular wheat roti
- Get 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Get 1 tsp schezwan chutney
- Take as required Grated cheese
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil/ghee
- Get 1 tbsp paneer masala
- Get For Garnish-
- Make ready as required Sliced cabbage
- Prepare as required Sliced beetroot
- Make ready as required Cheese
- Take as required Tomato ketchup
- Take some Coriander leaves
Plate and serve at any temperature, alongside the chutney sauce. Warm the chapathi / tortilla in a pan at medium heat. Fold the tortilla and place it on a tawa / flat pan. Veg Quesadilla Recipe - Indian Vegetarian Quesadilla Recently I tasted Mexican Veg Quesadillas at Taco bell.
Steps to make Indian Style Quesadillas:
- For stuffing: In a pan heat ghee as it heats add jeera. Then add onion as onion turns pink in colour add capsicum saute for 2min then add cabbage and salt mix them together let it cook for 10min. Then add ginger garlic paste, all 3 sauce, pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, chat masala powder mix them all together cook for another 2 mins then turn off the gas.
- Now take regular roti. Apply ketchup and schezwan chutney together, sprinkle little panner masala. Then on one side put ready stuffing add grated cheese on top of it and fold into half as shown in the pic.
- Heat tawa add ghee as it heats place the stuffed roti on it. Roast it on both sides till it turns golden brown like a sandwich.
- For serving: Cut it into 2 half. In a plate place above quesadillas garnish it with cabbage, beetroot, cheese and serve it with ketchup.
