- Keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Take a pan and heat the oil.
- Fry the fish in both side till the slightly brown and keep aside.
- Now heat Kadai and put on oil.
- Add the slice onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric power and salt to taste, stir it.
- Add the tomato and pea. Cook until the tender.
- Now add water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the fried fish and cover with the lid.
- Cook for another 8-10 minutes it's became tender.
