- Add them in heated oil. Cook for 2 m minutes till tomatoes are soft. Add the gud or jaggery.
- Now divide the dough into 9-10 balls. Roll each ball, stuff the peas mixture. Close the ball and roll out paratha. Shallow fry on tawa and serve with tomato chutney
