- For Spaghetti Salsa Salad:
- Dip garlic and onion in hot water for five minutes and then drain out. Now mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve it in a dish.
- For Green Spaghetti Salad:
- Grind coriander leaves, mint, lemon, crushed coconut, green chillies and salt in a mixer and make a green chutney.
- Mix chutney and all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve it in a dish.
- For Beans Spaghetti Salad:
- Put oil in a pan and add red beans, white peas, corns, chart masala, salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon. Stir fry it for 5 minutes. Now add spaghetti, tomatoes, onions, chillies and toss it for a minute.
- Now dish out the bean salad. Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
- For Creamy Spaghetti Salad:
- Put 15gm butter in a pan and add chicken into it. Now add salt, white pepper, black pepper and soya sauce. Cook it well and dish out in a mixing bowl.
- In a pan melt 25 gm butter and add cream. Whisk it continuously, now add oregano, cheese, nutmeg powder. Cook it for 2 minutes in slow flame. Now add cooked chicken, mushrooms, Spaghetti and toss it well. Serve it hot.
