  2. Get 1 head Large escarole chopped
  3. Get 4 oz High quality butter ( I use kerrygold unsalted)
  4. Prepare 1 can 14 oz canelli beans
  5. Make ready 1 can 14oz butter beans
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  7. Make ready 3 cup Chicken stock
  8. Prepare 3 clove Minced garlic
Steps to make Greens and beans:
  1. Rinse escarole set aside
  2. Crisp salt pork on medium/ high heat
  3. In small saucepan Bring to boil chicken stock
  4. While pork is cooking drain and rinse beans
  5. Once pork is cooked add garlic and fry till carmelized
  6. Add in beans and spices and turn heat down and simmer 5 minutes
  7. Then add escarole to pot and add 1 cup of stock tuen heat back up
  8. Add escarole and stock till all in the pot
  9. Serve immediatly or rapid chill and store in fridge
