  1. Add one tablespoon ghee then Dry roast the vermicelli till it is reddish pink and let it cool.
  2. Fry all the dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, Raisins) for 5 minutes.
  3. Don't fry dry dates just cut them lengthwise after deseeding them.
  4. Boil the milk for 20 minutes till it reduced. Then add little milk in dry dates to soaked.
  5. Add all the fried dry fruits, making sure that the gas is on low.Add roasted vermicelli. Then add cardamom powder.
  6. Add dry dates to the milk.then add sugar 1 cup.
  7. Mix it well all the ingredients.
  8. Now serve as a hot and garnish it with dry Fruits.
