- Take a heavy bottomed pan,add milk and uncooked washed rice.
- Let the mixture cook/boil on low flame for an hour.stir from time to time to mix.the milk thickens and the rice will cook and turn soft.Add saffron and stir the mix.Finally,after an hour,the milk and rice mix will become medium thick.
- Add cardamom powder.Add condensed milk and mix well and remove from flame.
- Transfer kheer into serving bowl.garnish with raisins,almonds,cashews.
- Serve it hot or chill in fridge for 2 hours before serving.
- Creamy kheer is ready.
