Steps to make Crispy leftover rice balls:
- Grind leftover rice in the mixture with out water.
- Take a bowl & add leftover rice mixture, soaked Sabudana, chopped onion, grated ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, 1sp Corn flour & salt
- Put little pressure and mix the mixture
- Divide the mixture into equal parts & make the shape of ball
- Spread some corn flour over it
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Deep fry a few balls on medium Flame till golden brown
- Now make tempering
- Heat 2 spoon oil I frying pan
- Add Sarso seeds and curry leaves in it.
- After 1 min. Mix all the Rice Balls in it.
- Switch off the gas
- Put all the Rice Balls in the plate
- Spread chat masala over it
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
