1. In a bowl add the olive oil, dried mixed italian herbs and crushed Garlic and dried Basil mix together then add to a frying pan.heat up and cook for 1 minute.

4. Next add the Tomatoes and Chicken stock mix in bring to the boil. Then add the fresh Basil and Balsamic vinegar.
6. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Now add your spaghetti to cook.
7. Add the Spinach and stir in. Take off the heat cool for 5 minutes then add the cream stir in to mix. Bring back to boil then turn low and simmer for 5 minutes.
