- Get 1 cup Steamed rice u can use leftover rice
- Get 1 tsp Green chilli chopped

- Take 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- Prepare 8 Cheese cubes

Steps to make Evening snacks:
- Firstly take rice in a grinder jar. and grind it to make smooth dough. takeout rice in a bowl.
- Now add onion, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves in rice dough. mix it well with help of hand. now add jeera powder, Red Chilli, salt, oregano.mix everything very well.
- After that take a small portion of dough. Give round shape.then put cheese cubes in center.and cover it gently. then this roll in bread crumbs. now make all ball like this. and keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Now heat oil in deep pan. and fry all ball in oil. Fry it until golden colour. takeout on tissue paper.ready to serve with sauce.ππ
