1. Sabse pehle karahi me makhan dal kar melt kary. Adrak lehsan paste dal kar ik minute ke liyea bhoon lain. Phr piyaz paste add kary. Jab rang hlka Change hojaye to chicken, kali mirch powder aor chopped green chillies add kary aor 3 minutes ke liyea pakaye.
