Instructions to make Khichdi Muthiya:
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Knead the dough without using water.
- Make small cylinderical rounds and keep aside.
- Heat steamer and steam the rolls.
- Cut them into small pieces.
- Heat a pan.
- Add oil and other ingredients for tadka.
- Add cut pieces and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
