- Get 2 cup idli/ Dosa Batter (it was leftover at my home)
- Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Prepare 1/2 tsp podi masala
- Get 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- Take 1 tsp Oil (grease the plate)
- Get For Serving
- Prepare As needed Sambhar
- Make ready 1 tsp Coconut Chutney
- Get To taste Spicy Mysore Chutney
- Take As needed Onion -Potato Dosa Masala
Steps to make Steam Plate:
- Take batter add salt and required water mix it well. The batter should be thick not flowing consistency
- Put the steamer add water and keep for boiling. Grease the plate.
- Take required batter in another bowl. Add Baking soda, water. Whisk it properly. Pour in the grease plate. Sprinkle podi masala and cumin seeds.
- Put the plate in the steamer for 15 min. After check it with toothpick. Take out the plate and let it half cool. With the help of flat laddle take out whole from the plate.
- Serve with Sambhar, Coconut Chutney, Mysore Chutney and onion Potato masala.
