- Pyaaz ko alag say grind karlain. Wapis pateelay main dalain aur saray masalay shamil karain. Sabit garam masala bhi dalain.
- Chicken add karain. Masalay main 7 min bhoon lain. Dahi shamil karain. Masalay ko bhoonain.
- Thora sa pani dal kar chicken ko pakayain. Halki aanch pr 1/2 cup pani daal kar shorba bana lain.
- Dhakk dain pateelay ko. Jab salan par rangg ajaye aur chicken gal jaye tou stove off kardain.
- Garam chapati ya naan k sath serve karain.
