Steps to make Kaimati:
- In a small bowl, add yeast and 2tbsp.of water and let it rest for 10mins so as to activate the yeast.

- Deep fry these until they turn golden brown then remove and place on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
- After frying, in another pan, add the sugar and water, place on the stove and cook the sugar until it starts to boil. At this point u can leave it as it is or add flavor if you would like to take it up a notch like lemon, strawberry etc.
- After adding your flavor, stir this for a few minutes then remove from the heat.
- Add your kaimati's into the sugar syrup and mix until every kaimati is coated.
- Place on a bowl and ENJOY!!!
