- Heat oil in another wok, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dried red chilli and bay leaves in it and allow it to crackle.
- In a bowl,mix all spices with little water and form a paste if it and put this in the wok and cook it around 5 minutes.
- Then add all stir fried vegetable add tomatoes in it, mix it and cook it until it starts leaving oil from the sides.
- Now add water in it as per the requirement and cook it well then switch off the flame.
- Your dalna is ready now, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
