  1. Heat a pan.
  2. Add chhena and sugar, stir for sometime.
  3. Add condensed milk, stirring continuously. Keep aside.
  4. Combine flour, butter,brown sugar, yeast, pumpkin spice in a bowl.
  5. Mix with flour until the butter is well incorporated.
  6. Once the butter is mixed with the flour, add salt.
  7. Now Add pumpkin pulp and mix very well.
  8. Add warm water in it and make a soft yet non sticky dough.
  9. Scoop out the dough on a flattened surface.
  10. Knead the dough again and again.

  23. Now brush them with liquid milk.
  24. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for about 20 mins.
  25. Brush the hot pumpkin buns with melted butter.
  26. When the are cool, remove the twines very carefully.
  27. Place a akhrot in the centre of each bun.
