- Mix Corn starch,1/4 cup Sugar to Orange juice and heat. Keep stirring until it turns translucent and thoroughly cooked. Let it cool down.
- Peel the Orange segments, deseed and chop to bite sized pieces.
- In a bowl, fold in the Castor Sugar with the hung Curd gently.Mix the mashed Rice from Step1, cooked Orange starch from Step2, Orange Segments, Orange zest, 2 tbsp of Marmalade and mix thoroughly.
- Refrigerate few hours and serve chilled with chunks of Marmalade.
