- Take a bowl sieve all dry ingredients and mix, then add oil and curd gradually and knead into a soft dough, in between u can add little oil if dough is so sticky
- Then grease with little oil to the bowl and place the dough and cover a plate and keep in a warm place for 20 to 30 minutes
- After 30 minutes u will see how the dough is fluffy, now grease your palm with oil, punch and knead again for 10 minutes
- Now divide the dough into 4 equal portion and add some tutti-frutti and knead well
- In between preheat to your pressure cooker for 10 minutes and grease your cake tin with oil
- Now turn round the balls between thumb and finger to make smooth balls and place the balls in the tin and keep 1/2 inch of space between the balls, add some tutti-frutti on top
- Brush some milk and sugar dilute over the balls,
- Place the tin in preheated cooker and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
- Remove from heat and brush little unsalted butter or oil on top and cover a wet towel for 30 minutes
- Now demould and enjoy your sweet buns
