- Prepare almonds(soaked in warm water for 1 hour)
- Get tomato puree
- Prepare grated paneer
- Get grind dry masala:

Instructions to make Almond Curry:
- Dry roast whole spices mentioned for dry masala. Cool and grind to a powder. Keep aside.
- In kadhai add heat oil, add chopped onion and green chillies ginger paste. Saute till onion turns pinkish. Add chopped tomato, garlic cloves and corn flour. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes. Cool and grind to smooth paste. Keep aside.
- Remove skin and chopped soaked almonds in halves. In small pan add heat 1 tbsp ghee. Add almond halves. Fry on slow flame till crispy golden. Remove in plate. Grate paneer keep aside.
- In kadhai add heat ghee. Add cummin seeds as splutter add grinded onion- tomato paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato puree. On medium flame saute for 2 minutes.
- Add dry roasted spices powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,salt, sugar powder. Mix and cook for 1 minute. Add grated paneer & roasted almonds halves. Mix well and cook for few minutes.
- Transfer in serving plate. Garnish with dry kasuri methi, fresh cream and roasted almonds halves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Almond Curry with parathas.
