  2. Add little ghee gradually and make a dough.Take out little dough and make it round then press lightly and give desire shape. Make a cross on the cookies with knife.
  3. Preheat oven and take a plate put butter paper on it. Apply ghee on paper and put cookies seperately. Now take a brush and dip in sweet milk and apply on each cookies.
  4. On 180C put it for 15/20 minutes. Let it cool.
  5. You can take more ghee if dough is not made but don't add milk.
