- Use a Food processor mix the onions, 2 lbs meat and squeezing burgul and blend till you get smooth dough grind 2 times.
- Add the spices, adding little by little cold water to form a smooth ball.
- Cook meat on medium heat add onions salt and spices and stir until tender remove add pine nuts stuffing is ready.
- Use muffin pan put some the dough in it the cup and make a dint stuff with the cook meat. And cover the stuffing with more kibbeh.
- Cook in the oven at 350- 400°F for about 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve kibbeh with salad, yogurt or tzatziki sauce or A1.
