- Prepare 1 packages fettucine noodles

- heat pan over medium high heat
- melt butter
- add heavy cream stirring constantly
- make sure you boil water for noodles. start with cold water add salt to taste then boil noodles for about 12-15 minutes
- I make my shrimp on George Forman grill. put shrimp in bowl. add evoo seasonings and toss for even coat. I put them in skewers and cook for about 2 1/2 mins on each side.
- when heavy cream comes to a simmer add s&p to taste, minced garlic and stir next add grated parmesan cheese
- once noodles are done Alfredo sauce should also be done. pass the noodles and toss with tongs for even coating.
- if u want a stronger garlic taste add more garlic once it done. sauce will thicken a bit. wait 5mins then serve. Enjoy!
- add your parsley. for color and toss .
