The ingredients needed to make Jaggery Halwa:
- Prepare flour 1/2 cup
- Make ready Semolina
- Make ready Jaggery
- Make ready Milk
- Get Ghee
- Take Cashew nuts
- Get Raisins
- Take Almonds
Steps to make Jaggery Halwa:
- Finely chop the dry fruits and keep it aside.
- On one hand boil the milk into the vessel meanwhile
- On the other hand take a kadai and heat it for 2 minutes.
- Add gram flour and dry roast it for 2 minutes
- Add semolina into it and again dry roast it altogether for 2 more minutes.
- Once it becomes aromatic add ghee to it.
- No again roast it for another 5mimutes until it changes its color.
- Add boiling milk to it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook it until it seperates oil from it.
- Now add jaggery powder and mix it well.
- Turn off the gas and serve it into the plate by garnishing it with some dry fruits.
- Note- adding dry fruits is completely optional
