- First grind all the ingredients except coconut in a grinding mixer without water
- Then add coconut and grind. Then add water little by little and grind
- Grind nicely to a good paste but not very smooth paste. Slightly coarse.
- Check the consistency and add water if it's very thick
- Then transfer it to a bowl
- Then In a small pan pour a spoon of oil. Pop mustard seeds and urad dall. Then turn off the flame and add curry leaves
- Pour this to the chutney. Mix well and serve. Enjoy this chutney with idly, dosa, vadai and pongal
