5. Crack your eggs on top of cheese cup. Be careful not to get any of the shell in there. Nothing worse then grizzle in a taco or burger same goes for little bits of shell in your eggs "lol"
6. Now a sprinkle of parmesan and pepper. No need for salt because of the ham and parm salt content!
7. Place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 9-12mins. All appliances do very so even if a little over it will still be good!
