- Meanwhile chopped all vegetables & deep fry peanuts and keep aside.
- In same pan put ghee in it add mustard seeds then curry leaves then green chilli & saute for a minute add chopped onion too.
- Cook till onion become golden in colour add green peas,carrot,& tomato cook well.
- Add gram daal/chana daal & peanuts together then add black pepper & salt cook well.
- Now add water & lemon juice & sugar together when water boils add roasted semolina & stir continuously.
- Ganish with fresh corrainder leaves & spread 1 spoon ghee on top before serve.
- Vegetable upma is ready to serve.
