- Recipe for Kabab Masala Powder - Make a powder of all combined I.e 1/2 tsp whole coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds, 1-2 green cardamoms, 1-2 black cardamoms, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 star anise, 1/2 tsp mace, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2” cinnamon stick, 2-3 cloves). Set aside
- Marinate the mutton with other spices, hung yogurt, mustard oil if using, salt and Kabab Masala powder for 24 hrs at least.
- Soak the Satay sticks and insert the mutton pieces. Grease the grill and grill the Mutton Kababs until well done
- Plate with chopped coriander leaves, with yogurt, and some sliced onions and cabbage slices
