- Take 200 g red lentils
- Prepare 2 potatoes

- Cut all the vegetables in chunks and wash the lentils until the water is clear. Heat up some oil in a pot and fry the vegetables over a medium heat for about 5min
- Add the seasonings and fry for another minute. Add the lentils and mix well. Pour in the broth and bring to the boil. Turn then the heat down and simmer, covered for 20- 25 min.
- Now blend everything. Add some more water if the soup is too thick for you. Add some more turmeric for the colour if you like and season again. If you like you can garnish with som leek,parsley and chilli flakes. Enjoy <3
