- Firstly soak the rice in a pan for 1 hour.fry the onions.soak saffron in milk.
- Now heat the ghee in pressure cooker.add cumin seeds.now add all vegetables and rice.add green gram and cook it for 10-12 minute in low flame.stir it.
- Add 2 cup water and all dry ingredients except garam masala,salt and saffron milk.mix it.now pressure cook it untill one whistle not come. After that add fried onions and garam masala.
